Hi All,

Is there a way to upload a .wav file as a personal greeting for the users instead of getting them to record the greetings? Does anybody knows where the greeting files are located?

Any help welcome
Thanks
vincent

hi mate,

see this url might be helpful for you

Once you create a customize wav file you go to dial plan => subscriber access => welcome greeting and put the new wav file.

I have not tried it but i believe it might work

I am looking for the same type of information. How exactly are the Users Personal Greetings stored? Is there a way to bulk update them. I have a customer the is migrating from Cisco Unity and would like to retain the current user personal greetings.
