Hi here is the scenario:

3 user mailboxes all in same OU. ( Jane Mary and Information )

I have given both Jane and Mary FULL ACCESS and SEND AS to the the Information mailbox.

Jane can access the mailbox in her outlook and SEND AS 'information'.

Mary can access the mailbox but CANNOT Send As: Information.

The error she receives in Outlook is "You do not have permission to send the message on behalf of the specified user"

I removed her permission and re-assigned them 45 times. I just cannot get that damn OUTLOOK error message to go away.

If i log in through OWA as MARY and open the INFORMATION mailbox from there i can succesfully SEND AS:

please help i've been racking my brain for days. I don't understand why one user can send as yet the other's outlook insists she cannot. :(

Neither user has permission to send on behalf of the other user when looking at the appropriate entries.
