I just got our exchange server up and setup my Outlook 2000 to use Exchange. I have several POP3 accounts with outside ISPs. There is a "send message as" box in the OPTIONS settings on the SEND email window when using Outlook in INTERNET mode. This allows you to choose which e-mail provider to send the email to for SMTP relay. It also passes the reply to and other info so that person's reply goes to that account at the ISP.

Now that I have Outlook integrated with Exchange I cannot do this. When I write the message and go to Options there is no choice to change the account. I have no problem getting POP3 mail from the providers. What I want is to use Outlook to send mail to thier SMTP servers so they can distribute the mail and not my company Exchange box.

I want to do this when using Outlook in CORPORATE mode and connected to the exchange server. After changing to corporate mode I no longer have the option. Can it be done?

As far as I know, it cannot be done. When you use Outlook in Corporate mode, it uses a different DLL than it does when in Internet mode. This will affect functionality and sometimes it will affect your ability to correctly connect to both internet accts and Exchange accts at the same time(if using outlook2k or older). I am pretty sure you will not be able to have the functionality you desire while using Outlook in Corporate mode... Check MS Knowledge Base for more info...
