We use PF as a shared mailbox which works ok. (info@example.com)
However, when replying from it, it grabs my local exchange email adress (me@here.com) instead of the public account one. Which is kinda stupid and dangerous.
I know i can enter it manually in the "TO" field but its a real pain to do this for every email. Is there a way to get around this and force a reply with info@example.com?

I am not aware of any way that behaviour can be changed. It has been doing that ever since Public Folders were created.
