Can anyone help Please. I have a user who as far as I can see is set up properly. But when she uses OWA it returns "The Page Cannot be Found". HTTP 500 Internal Error. Other users can access their accounts on the same machine.
the same error is returned if she uses another PC.
We run Exchange 2000

go to the user in AD, Exchange Advanced, protocol settings, click on http.

is the box that says mail enable checked off? if not, that's your problem.
