Hello,

I have just installed SBS with E2003. All works fine and can access OWA internally OK. When a user accesses his mailbox from the Net, he can login OK, but receives the following when trying to open a message:

Problem Report
Access denied to system because of Policy Configuration.

Message ID
POLICY_DENIED

Problem Description
Your system policy has denied access to the requested URL.

Possible Problem Cause
Request denied, as specified in the policy configuration.

Possible Solution
Contact your network support team if this problem persists.

He can send new messages OK. We have a firewall inplace, but I dont think this is causing the problem. If I logon with this users account internally, all is fine. I'm not sure what policy it is talking about. Is the URLScan tool configured by default with E2003? I cannot see any ini files for it.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Phil
