User got married and wants to use new last name. Account was set up with new email as primary and maiden as alias so she still will get emails to maiden name account. On Contacts maiden name email account still shows. When you click to open her contact card, new one displays. Any ideas?

Just take Properties of the AD contact then change the lastname/display name.
