I have a problem when I setup a user lets say called user1 for Exchange Mail and than I want to give another user rights to his contacts or inbox.

Lets say the other user is called support

I make support a delegate for user1's contacts and inbox, that works fine.

But when I go to the Mailbox-user1 and right click I do not get a permissions Tab, only the tabs general and Home Page.

same if I click on the users1's contacts I do not get a permissions tab.

What am I doing wrong, can someone please advise.
