Status: offline 		I am trying to find out how to let users view the amount of their quota they have currently filled, to encourage them to be proactive in maintaining their mailboxes.

Can anyone help me out here? Outlook XP/2003 clients on exchange 2003 server, Windows XP workstations.

Status: offline 		Just tell them to right-click the top level mailbox-"username" from the folders view and select properties. Then click on folder size.
