I have a weird problem,

I have a user sliderd and en ex employee dans:

Since dans is gone sliderd wants to have dans which I already added to his MX2003 record.

Now he wants to display emails that are coming to sliderd@xxx.com at least in a seperate folder. When I create a exception through outlook we still get the emails in the same mailbox since it is just an alias for MX.

I can not fwd the email to an outside email address since MX fwds all the associated emails.

I would really appreciate if someone can help me out.

Thank you,

1)  Are  your recipients members of a single domain?
2)  Does sliderd mainly use a single computer?  If so, I recommend the following:
a)  create a new AD account and a new mailbox, such as dans2
b)  add dans original SMTP address to the mailbox for dans
c)  add dans2 mailbox to sliderd Outlook profile

If that recommendation does not work, please explain how you are using MX in your original request.  When I see MX I think of available SMTP hosts not mailboxes.
