Just wondering how this is possible and if anyone knows how to set it up.
When we receive emails from some people beside their name, in brackets is has their company. ie. Joe Blow (MNR) [jblow@mnr.com]. Just wondering if there's a setting in Exchange 2007 to add the (MRN) to the name or would that just be added to their AD account?

Thanks

I believe this is controlled in the organization hub transport, remote domains.  In the message format tab the 'display sender's name on messages check box.

Yeah I have that already checked.
Right now it does show the user's name with their email address but I want to add on to the name without having to change their AD account.
Like right now it says John Smith [jsmith@company.com] when someone outside the company receives an email from someone inside.
I want it to be John Smith (TBM) [jsmith@company.com]
I want to know if there is a way to add the (TBM)
