Users and groups not showing up in GAL - 10.May2004 8:36:00 PM

I created a distribution group about 4 hours ago and they are still not showing up in the Global Address List in Outlook. Have I done something wrong or has the GAL not updated yet?

2 domain controllers, 2 exchange 2003 servers, 1000 users.

Please help.

Has the Distribution List got an SMTP address applied? You can check this by taking porperties of the DL then select the Email Addresses tab.

If it doesn't then you might have a RUS problem.

Does this also happen when you create a mail-enabled user account?
