We are implementing Exchange 2003 on Server 2003 with Outlook 2003, but when the user logs in when their password is expired, the user is not allowed to change the password. We are not authenticating to the domain but using Novell NDS to authentic to the network. We had this same problem with our test server which was server 2000 with Exchange 2003 and had to do a registry fix which took care of the problem, but the same fix does not work on server 2003.

I have opened a service ticket with Microsoft, but they have not come up with a fix yet.

Has anyone had the same problem?
