We are running one Exchange 5.5 server with SP4 on Windows NT 4.0. We use Outlook 2000 client as well as Outlook Web Access. Recently we installed Outlook 2003 on some users computers. After this install, Outlook Web Access no longer funtioned. Microsoft article #818709 fixed the problem. But now non Outlook 2003 registered users do not see content when opening e-mail in Outlook Web Access. Does anyone have any ideas?
