I have a Central Office using MS Office 2007. Every day they log into MS Office 2007 and open their calendars via exchange server 2003; however some days they can see each others calendars and some days they cannot. The calendars do not "stick" under my calendars column and they have to go to "open a shared calendar" and start all over.  Permissions are ok. Some days they stick; some days they do not. Anyone have this before and can help. Many thanks.

Change one of the user to Online outlook mode instead of chached mode and monitor for coupld of days if this happens, if it does not, it could be a outlook issue.
