We are running SBS 2k3 Premium. Since we upgrade switched to this new server, users who have been recieving email from subscribed email newsletters have not been recieving thier newsletters. The newsletters are being treated as though the user accounts don't exist and are being routed to the administrator mailbox (where I currently have no-user-mailbox messages forwarded to.

We download our mail from a POP 3 account and Exchange sorts it out into the appropriate user mailboxes.

Can anyone help me figure out what is going on here?

Sounds like the connector isn't interpreting the address properly and can't work out how to send it. The connector is such a flake that there is a chunk of help on it:
