Is there a way users can select in outlook 2003 what E-Mail address they want to send from. I have users that have multiple email addresses on their account and would like to be able to send from each one not their default one. How can I set this up?

Thanks for the reply. Think I might try the SmartReply. Only need it for a few users so it might be a good option.

What I was thinking is the drop down like outlook has if you have multiple accounts on it, which is what smart reply provides. I only have a few uers that need this option not a organisation wide thing so I can easily set it up on specific PCs.

Are there any freeware options about?

If users only wish to send from another account besides the default, why not change their default address? Additionally, they could also use the FROM: field to enter the address they're sending from.
