We have noticed that despite this new Version of Exchange, we can't use our Company Contacts in the Public Folders to send mail. Is this the way it's supposed to be, or are we missing something. When we use Outlook in house, we have the Company Contacts set to be used for email addresses. This works great untill we try to use them from OWA... Waaaahhhh...

Scooter,

The new OWA client still only allows you to resolve contacts from the GAL or the mailbox contacts folder (in Options). You would have to add your contacts to one of these 2 locations to use them in OWA. [Frown]

does this mean that the button Public Folders in OWA is practicly useless? We have several common public folders like Contacts, Calendar and task list but we are unable to navigate to these folders in OWA. When we hit the public folders button the window appears with layout and all but it doesnt display our content...

Rain,

You should definitely see the content in your public folders from OWA [Confused] .

It sounds like you need to check each public folder's client permissions and make sure that the mailbox you are using has been assigned a minimum of "reviewer" permissions.
