We have everything on one server with 44 mailboxes. We have to reboot once a day as Symnatec anti Virus has a problem with some installs of everything on one server.

Has anyone used MS Forefront on one server without any problems?

Forefront works fine on a single server. SBS 2008 comes with a trial of the product. In fact most products work well on the single server - even Symantec should - although Symantec has enough problems of its own.
