Is it normal behaviour of Exhcange 2003 that when I logged into account via http access - it blocked the POP3 email receiving by client like Outlook Express?
At first I could use my client OE but after I visited the http://server/exchange I could not receive any more emails. Emails are visible using web access but are not visible by email client.
Outlook Express is logging to POP3 successfully but receives no emails (as if there were no messages but there are).

Maybe this "feature" can be somehow switched off?
