Dear All
i am having this Question to you all. i am planning to have one central folder under Public Folders Tree in Exchange 2000 as Contact Managment Folder , where it will host all the company contacts , and all exchange users will have access over this folder to update it with any new contacts. the question is , can i automate this process , in other words , can i do something to let the users update this contact folder under public folders when ever they created or modified any existing contacts on their Mailbox Contact Folder ? is there such option , or form , or workflow ? in other words , can the synchronization takes place between user contact folder under his mailbox , and the central contact folder in Publich Folder ? the synch should be one way , from user's contact folder to contact central folder.
regards
