I have a question concerning creating my own certificate to use to enable SSL for my remote RPC connections. I need to create a .cer file in order to apply the certicate to the default web site propterties. Can someone tell me how to create this file using Ceritificate Services in Win2003?

Hi Jason,

Unfortunately this requires a longer step by step explanation.

I'm at the moment finishing an article, which will cover the whole process of installing the certificate service authority, creating the certificate request, getting the request accepted and finally enabling SSL on the OWA 2003 site.

Will ask to get it published ASAP... [Roll Eyes]
