Hi
im trying to do find away to do this but so far nothing:
i managed to enable scripting agent to enable singleitemrecovery everyttime i enable a mailbox or create new mailbox
but what im trying to do is enable singleitemrecovery everytime i issue new-mailboxrequest(moving from 2007 to 2010)
i know i can probably run just a quick powershell to enable singleitem every hour for every mailbox there,but wanted to consolidate it all to scripting agent where possible.
anyway if someone has an idea(that he tested) let me know
Thanks

This is what I'm using and it works fine (including SingleItemRecovery,ManagedFoldersPolicy and disabling IMAP)

File is <install path>\V14\Bin\CmdletExtensionAgents\ScriptingAgentConfig.xml

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
<Configuration version="1.0">
 <Feature Name="MailboxProvisioning" Cmdlets="new-mailbox,enable-mailbox">
  <ApiCall Name="OnComplete">
   if($succeeded)    {
    set-casmailbox $provisioningHandler.UserSpecifiedParameters["Alias"] -ImapEnabled $false
    set-mailbox $provisioningHandler.UserSpecifiedParameters["Alias"] -SingleItemRecoveryEnabled $true -ManagedFolderMailboxPolicy "Contoso_MF_Retention_Policy"
    get-mailbox $provisioningHandler.UserSpecifiedParameters["Alias"] | Start-ManagedFolderAssistant
   }
  </ApiCall>
 </Feature>
</Configuration>

Thanks
i found the problem it all works for the enable and new mailbox powershell commands
it doesnt work for new-moverequest
not a hugh deal i will schedule a script to enable migrated users(for 2 months) to be enabled if they arent already and then just continue with catching new users with enable and new
Thanks
