I have:
Windows 2003 AD, Exchange 2003 Enterprise

When my clients conne connect to my network via VPN, will there laptops connect to Exchange as if they were in the office?

Yes if you have configured them to use the correct DNS servers etc.

secondaly, if you have configured the correct vpn tunneling ip from the outgoing and incoming ip on servers and clients.

i hope this will resolve the query.
