So I have a small business server and we are using public folders to store email records of customer and vendor communications.

I just discovered sometime in the last month all of my old files are no longer present. We are not using news groups we did not set experation. I cannot find a experation setting that it would reflect the change. We did patch a reboot about the time of the truncation.

Any Ideas?

BTW this system had been running fine since early October and has never had this problem before. The truncation is not of the oldest items but of everything up to several weeks ago. This is where the confusiong comes in. If I was slowly losing data that would make sense.
