Status: offline 		I have a user that when she opens her email and closes it in OWA 2003, it disappears. It's not in the deleted items folder, it simply vanishes! Any ideas?

It will stay in the inbox until she opens it or previews it.

Status: offline 		maybe she is using a filtered view or something and it displays only the unread mails

Status: offline 		Nope tried that. Is there a way to "reset" the settings for her in OWA back to default?
