I don't really get why the Veritas Remote Server Agent needs to have Mailbox but I'm not going to argue about it, not a big deal. What is really bugging me is that if I hide the Mailbox from the Global Address List, then Information Store backups can't authenticate.

Anybody else got this issue sorted out?
