I am using Veritas's BackupExec 8.5 to backup my Exchange server.i'm using both- the Exch Agent and OFO peoples tell me not to use the OFO agent on the Exchange DB.
Is this correct or should I remove the OFO from the Exchange server?
Please advice, articles in the subject will be great.

I use the same setup and received the same advice. My conclusion was to leave OFO on the server, and deselect priv.edb, pub.edb, edb.log, and tmp.edb. This has worked ok for about 10 months now.

Sorry I don't have any paperwork on it, just real-life experience!
