in the past few weeks I have been unable to send email from London UK to my family in the states who use Verizon as their mail server. My mail keeps bouncing back.I can to yahoo users. I dont understand what the problem is can anyone help please?

Hi,

Are you using an Exchange server (this is an exchange server forum)?

What is the message in the NDR you are receiving?

Have you tried to contact Verizon with the error message and ask them what the problem might be?

Thank you for your response. I have now heard from verizon via my son that they have without notice to customers stopped email from outside of the USA because they were being spammed. They are now asking customers to send them email address's of people they wish to communicate with and then Verizon are verifing the address's before allowing mail through.

They have said that it could take two weeks before address's are aproved.
