Hello all, I was wondering if someone could point me to a good site where it explains from start to finish setting up a exchange mail server. I need it all cause we a putting a price list together and I just want to make sure that I am not missing anything. I am talking in the realm of:
1. Get Domain Name 2. Get High speed connection (DSL, cable,T1 etc) 3. Decide what type of setup (Proxy with Sw firewall etc etc) etc etc. I just am looking to make sure that I have not missed anything and also making sure that I don't maybe want to go another way. So any suggestions and especially web sites out there would be great. We use exchange now but it's just for internal use not to the outside world at all. For outside email connection we use Yahoo or Hotmail so we are looking at changing that. Fresh Newbies. Many thanx

Dont know of any website per say...
but one of the better books for deploying exchange 5.5 is:
MSPress Book Notes from the Field Deploying MS Exchange 5.5
This book covers just about everything you need to know. plus has tons of info on moving your old mail system (if you have one) to Exchange 5.5

Thier site helped me figure out how to connect a MS Exchange server within our companies private LAN, to the internet and configure it, from behind a router.
