Hi,

My job this week was to migrate from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003 (I did it a lof ot times before). The current organization is divided in 3 sites (Exchange 5.5 on each site) and I'm in charge of migrate one of the sites. I cannot explain in details all the process I used to migrate (adc, etc) but currently, the problem is:
- The other sites does not appear (argh) ;
- The global address list does not show the address books from other sites (argh v2) ;
- The public folder hierarchy is empty (cause I just see the public folders from my site) ;
- ADC is working (only CA is working).

My objective are:
- to see the other sites of the organization ;
- to get the complete address list (I hope!) ;
- to get the public folders !

After 3 days (I worked a LOT during the last days), I don't see any solution, even with the newsgroups archives.

Any help will be greatly appreciated !

TF

This is probably gonna sound obvious to someone who's done a lot of 5.5 migrations, but it sounds like a permissions issue to me.

Does the account you're using have pemissions admin rights at all three levels of the Exchange 5.5 organization's hierarchy?

Is your Ex2k3 server in a different ORG / Forest ? Have you set up ADCs ? Have you used Interorg to set up Free / Busy and Public Folder schedules ? I know this will sound basic if youv'e done all this type of thing before but just checking .
