Hello you all,
Our Exchange 2003 system meets an issue as follow:
All messages that are sent from the Outlook Web Access are not displayed correctly when I read them via Outlook Express, despite the fact that I configured in Exchange System Management as follows:
- Global Settings\Internet Message Form\Default\Message Format\Character sets: Unicode (UTF-8)
- Servers\Protocols\POP3\Default POP3\Message Format\Character set: Unicode (UTF-8)
and in Outlook Express as: View\Encoding\Unicode (UTF-8)

But, reading them via the OWA is still ok.
Moreover, all messages sent from Outlook Express are displayed well in both OWA and OE of receivers.

Could you help me out this issue?
