We have the ability to send e-faxes through our exchange system. We recenlty upgraded to Exchange 2003, and are using the Outlook Web access 2003. The only problem is we can't find out how to view faxes (.dcx extension)in the e-mail. When a fax comes in through exchange, it treats it differently than a regular attachment. It's sort of embedded, or part of, the e-mail. If I simply attach a .dcx to an e-mail, then I can open it with the default viewer. But if the e-mail has an e-fax, then it cannot be opened.

Any suggestions?
