OK, so the new Room resource is pretty cool but how do you view its calendar? Most offices like to print it out monthly and hang it somewhere but when trying to view it, it says you don't have rights to view it and do you want to send a message requesting rights. Is it even possible to give all users rights to see the rooms resource calendar?

What I'd really like to do is create an RSS feed off of it.

After further research, consuming RSS for a calendar should not be too difficult by using the native web services.

As far as viewing the calendars, here is what we came up with:

Grant full rights to the mailbox to an existing user, log into the mailbox in Outlook then add a delegate with "read" rights to the calendar for whatever user or group that will read it. Using another user to access the mailbox is necessary if you don't want to enable the user since Room resource users are disabled by default.
