I am running Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 SP1 with Intelligent Message filtering setting at level 4 and Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange. It been running well for over a year now, just suddenly for the last two days, our users keep getting whole bunch of virus attachment email with spam email.

I checked on our server and everything seems to be working well. I don't know whatelse to look for and what to do to lock down these virus emails. Could someone please give me a hint how to go about this?
