The majority of our Exchange 2000 servers are also DC's. When someone access their email via OWA, a W3SVC error is logged in the event log stating that IUSR_XXXX account does is not allowed to log on to this computer.

Is there anyway to fix this (without granting the IUSR account the ability to log on to a DC)? Or are we stuck with it?

You could always demote the DCs that are running Exchange. Opening IIS/80 access on a DC can be viewed as being dangerous. :-)
