Hello Ladies and Gentlemen...

I've got a question, and I'm hoping someone has a solution. I've email notification set up on errors that occur on XCH... the trouble is, they're useless... Here's a sample:

"COBALT" has reported a "Error". Reported status is:
Queues - "Unknown"
Drives - "Unknown"
Services - "Error"
Memory - "Unknown"
CPU - "Unknown"

How do I fill in the unknowns... and get a more descriptive error?

Thanks.

Rich
