I have a client running MS exchange 2003 and Windows XP with outlook 2002. I set them up with a wireless network and I am using WPA as my security. Ever since I setup WPA I canĘt get the reminders on the calendar to work. I have done all possible updates to windows, the links router and the links wireless card. Any help on this would be appreciated

WPA should not affect reminder updates, proprietary software installed with the driver for that specific NIC could do this but it is unlikely. Wire the computers back to a normal switch and test if the problem is still there.
