I'm new to the forum and looking for some help.  I'm currently running Exchange 07 on Server 2008 and IIS7.  I have been looking online for three weeks and cannot find a single resource on how to enable my users to reset their expired passwords through OWA.  I've looked at every MS KB article I can fine and nobody has anything other than information for iisadmpwd on IIS6 - 2k3.

I have a working iisadmpwd setup on the CAS but owa does not redirect.  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for such a quick response.  I have review those resources before.  I'll try to give you more information:

We migrated to exchange 2007/server 2008 this summer from exchange 2003/server 2003 R2.  IISADMPWD was successfully setup durring the migration and the exchange 2007 change password feature is working.  The migration from WS 2003 to 2008 across the domain is also complete.

Users can change their passwords in OWA when the "Your password will expire..." banner comes up.  When users passwords expire or "User must chnage their password on the next logon" is selected, OWA only responds with "The user name or password that you entered is not valid. Try entering it again."  One would expect that the user be redirected to one of the IISADMPWD pages or to some 2007 OWA reset page, but nothing.. at all.

Any ideas?  I'm pulling out my hair.

Thanks again.  Yep... looked at those too.  I broke down and called MS VLA support this morning and was told that it was currently imposible.

So that's my answer.  Exchange 2007 on WS 2008 will not redirect to IISADMPWD or a builtin password reset page/script.  The rep told me that this is a known issue and should be addressed in a later release or service pack.

Crazy right?
