Currently our e-mail is hosted on another domain that is also the parent for our website. We have a "Contact us" web form that will deliver the message to our e-mail (ie info@domain.com).

I am using SBS 2003 and the Pop3 Connector is set to download for this mailbox, and I do receive messages (allot of spam) but these web forms are not coming in and are going directly to the Badmail folder with no NDR as far as I can tell.

We rely on getting these forms for our business.
Any thoughts? I have disabled reverse DNS lookup as well as unblocking blank senders in mail delivery.

Thanks
