Status: offline 		I have an exchange 2000 server and when users connect using webmail sometime they just get loading come up and nothing else anyone any ideas.

Status: offline 		There can be several reason causing the problem, to start with try below MS KB's:

280823 - Troubleshooting OWA when the contents frame displays ôLoadingö
