Hi Guys
I have quite a weird problem, can�t understand what it could be, so any help would be greatly appreciated. My webmail and active sync work pretty well, i am able to connect to webmail and active sync works as it should, however if no email is sent over some time let�s say 4 to 6 hours access to the webmail and active syncs stops working.
On the webmail I get the following error message �connection to server failed (the server is not responding)� and on active sync I get �the server could not be reached. This can be caused by temporary network conditions�. Then if I log onto my server and send a email from any account, as soon as the mail is sent, webmail and active sync start to work, this problem mainly happens on the weekend.
Any help would be extremely helpful, thank you.
