Hi Guys,

I've got a client who currently have their domain emails handled by an external company, they access it all via webmail interface.

We've put an SBS2003 server in their organisation and exchange is setup and almost ready to take over their email duties. (just needs the mx record fo rthe domain changing for it to start receiving email traffic)

My question is this... The client has a mailbox, which currently has all his messages and folders etc in it, which is currently stored at the current providor. How would i go about copying the contents of his mailbox from the webmail providor to his new exchange mailbox in the server in their office?

Any light that can be shed on this would be most gratefully received!

Many thanks in advance,

James.

Talk to the current provider about their options for migrating the data.  Perhaps they could give you a PST file you can import into the new mailbox store.
