Hey guys,
I have webmail access setup and it was working well until i noticed that when a user log's on to their web mail all they get is the mail menu and all that appears in the inbox is trying to "loading". It shows that you have new mail in your inbox but does not show that mail, anyone had this problem or have any advice?
Note:Exchange 2003

I have just notice in iis, public,exchange and exadmin has nothing in it…. How do I get it back?

First option did nothing for me, but when i reset the directory it's back to normal.I've had this
problem before and did something similar.

Good to hear you got the problem nailed, but if it happened before you must have done something to end up in this situation?

Hey guys,
I have the same problem once again, but this time none of the method's in the above doc's is fixing the problem.I have no error's in my logs, all i have is unloaded icons and it's saying "Loading".

just an FYI,
i had this problem on a single user and it was fixed by deleting the internet temp files.

Just try to go to IE menu Tools/Internet Options, tab Security, chose Trusted Sites, click on Sites.. and add your Exchange server.
With http or https, it depends if you are using SSL or not.

Do you use Trend Antivirus? That can cause some problems with OWA.

Not sure if this helps, but I had a similar problem on a machine that I installed a policy on. When I disabled ActiveX, OWA inbox just said loading. So I guess if adding it to a trusted site did not help then could it be disabled elsewhere ? Is this happening on 1 machine or every machine. 1 user or many .. Good Luck

Try reloading the templates for webmail.

how to reload the templates ?
fyi , it happen to all users and also when I sit on the server and try to access http://localhost/exchange l the same error happen.

I think something like server patch would have caused the problem...
