Hi all,

One of my end users is getting the following bounce back email:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'user@domain.com' on 1/31/2005 4:14 PM
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.
<mailserver.domain.com #5.5.0 smtp;551 Denied
)Netsky.ag)

I sent the recipient an email and she responded to it with no problem. But for whatever reason, this one end user is having an issue sending to the recipient. The "Netsky.ag" at the end of the paragraph is what's got me buggin'. Any help would be great.

Thanks!

netsky.ag is a virus. I have a feeling the recipient domain's email server believes your user is sending the netsky.ag virus and is putting that message into the NDR.

This is a guess.

Maybe you should run a virus scan on her system?

Are you still seeing that issue?

Try sending the email from OWA as the user who is receiving the bounce. Does it still bounce?
