I had this user on Lan running OL2003 and he had a Distribution listgroup in there with about 10 users in it.

I shifted him to Exchange and all works well.... unless the user goes in his OWA and when he clicks on the same distribution list, all the users in that group come up with a red cross along with their and instead of names it says unresolved users.

he can access the same list and users from within OL2003 fine .. no issues what so ever.

Any ideas .. never seen this before.

Found this article at the mothership 326383.

But I am running Exchange 2003 and this article is for Exchange 2000.

Now what I do?

The users who were running OL2003 and had DLs in there they are fine with OWA.

The users who have OL2000 cannot see the DL's using OWA. I think right there must be a patch to resolve this out.

I have not applied SP1 to my Exchange Server. Reason: I did not apply SP1 is, mines is a SBS Server 2003. So I am not sure whether SP1 applies to SBS 2003 or not?

Please advise.
