Hello all newb here with a weird issue. Server=SBS2003, Exchange 2003, Client=WINXP, Outlook 2003 A particular email account cannot connect to the exchange server, but it has no problems connecting to the server itself. The status just showed "Disconnected" I dumped the client Outlook profile, then I got a message "Cannot open your default email folders", I then dumped that profile again with the same results. I even temporarily dumped the local profile. On a different computer the same account launches but in Outlook does not connect. On both of those machines I can connect, send/ receive emails on a different email account just fine. No other mailbox stores seem to be having issues. I compared the Active Directory account with another and found nothing. And the weirdest part is the account can send/ recieve email just fine over WebMail. What am I missing here?

33 views with no replies. Well, I was stumped too. Rebooting the server resolved this issue. I guess it was multiple IMAP sessions. Dunno
