On an Exchange 2003 Enterprise server with sp1, reaching a quota warning limit on a mailbox will prevent downloading mail from another non-Exchange email pop account to that Exchange mailbox using Outlook. The messages downloaded from that pop account are not stored on exchange mailbox as were normally before but are simply ædisappearingÆ

Any clues? Thanks!
