I found one of exchange's database increase 6G to 10G last night,but all of user mailbox is 1.4G,who can tell me what database contain? My english is poor.(I am chinese) Best Regards

Your EDB database file contains all your Exchange native messages. If you're saying that all your user's mb add up to only 1.4GB but your DB size is 10, the remaining is whitespace. You can reclaim this space by performing an offline defrag. As to why your db grew 4 GB in one night, it can be from multiple issues, routing loops, mailbox moves, etc.
