I am working with a client to get a certificate on their new Exchange 07 server.  They will buy from Entrust.  That have multiple email domains going through this server.  They have a child domain in Active Directory that uses this Exchange server.  What type of SSL cert needs to be ordered from Entrust? What will the general structure of the cert request be?

Use the wizard on this page to generate the request.

https://www.digicert.com/easy-csr/exchange2007.htm

You will need to have at least the internal name of the server, autodiscover.domain.com and whatever name is going to be used for OWA.
You don't have to add each domain the server is supporting as that will get silly. You can support multiple names with autodiscover quite easily.

The certificate type will have to be a SAN or UM certificate, depending on what name Entrust are using.

Simon.
